Ariane Wilkinson

English translator

I am English but France is my first love and after a diploma in foreign languages (French-Italian), I moved to France and lived there for 10 years, in Valenciennes, La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Monaco. I started my career in marketing, in the financial sector. I then joined a large company whose core business was internet payments. After these experiences, I decided to leave the corporate world to become self-employed as a full-time translator. I have been doing this job with passion for 20 years. I have translated for a wide variety of clients, including the Prince's Palace of Monaco, and I have worked on a very wide range of themes, education, mental health, environment, renewable energy, sport and construction. I've been translating for SophiaMag for the past 10 years.
